I've spent 7+ years working at the intersection of people and performance. From HR to content to client success, every role taught me the same thing: relationships are everything. I show up, I follow through, and I genuinely care about the outcomes of the people I work with.
Currently leading a CSM team at GDS Group, managing enterprise accounts including AWS, IBM, and Box, while overseeing onboarding, retention strategies, and cross-functional collaboration across the UK, US, and Kosovo.
I believe the best client relationships are built on trust, consistency, and genuine care for outcomes. That is the standard I hold myself and my team to every day.
I have had the pleasure of working with Shqipe for the last 3 years during my time as Head of Global Partnerships at GDS Group. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Shqipe for several years during my time as VP of Events at GDS Group. She was an asset to our event management team and inspired everyone she worked with. The public portfolio does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your theme preference and cookie-banner choice in your browser's local storage so the website can remember them on future visits.
The private /admin/ area uses Supabase authentication. After the authorized administrator signs in with Google, session information is stored in the browser so the secure dashboard can remain authenticated. This storage is necessary for the requested admin service and is not used for advertising.
Google authentication is used only when the administrator chooses to sign in. The Contact page links out to Calendly for scheduling; Calendly is only contacted, and may only set its own cookies or similar storage, if you choose to follow that link. Google Fonts, Netlify, and Supabase may receive standard technical requests needed to deliver their services. Their use of information is governed by their respective policies.
You can accept the current settings or choose necessary-only storage from the banner. No optional analytics or advertising tools are enabled by this website. Calendly is only contacted if you follow the scheduling link on the Contact page. You can reopen the settings from any page footer or clear site data in your browser.
